Reports are in that you can pre-order the Fire Emblem Echoes LE and Fire Emblem amiibo in store @ EB right now. Will probably be online shortly.

Just on the phone now with Best Buy and it appears that the Futureshop era Orders have a problem where they show as out of stock causing them not to ship even though there is stock available. This has been escalated to the best buy team but I was advised this was the reason it didnt ship. The advisor on the phone offered to cancel my futureshop order and do a bestbuy order with the price override to reflect the futureshop order and have it ship out today.

Unfortunately there were some processing errors where the page could not be displayed when they went to submit so it ended up in me needing to do a guest checkout and then get an order number that way and then provide that to them so they could adjust.

Make sure you have time if you call Best Buy as this was about a 40 min thing.

I can confirm EB is taking pre-orders in store for Fire Emblem LE - I just pre-ordered mine with the Amiibo's in downtown Toronto.

So how does moving pre order money with eb works? I have some on nonary games but I want to wait on that since I already have the whole series anyway. P5 is tempting me instead, even though I probably shouldnt. Though P5 looks like an idea companion to the 6 weeks I'll spend home after my surgery this summer. Maybe I should wait on that too? I wonder how fast deals/price drops will come for that game.

hmmm i can wait it out the way ME is turning out is having a cooling affect on my hype

oh well its the last of my FS E3 orders... has sentimental value to me lol

You know the Amazon CSR knows nothing, but if you're nice to them, they'll bump your prime up an extra month or give you 5 dollars credit here and there.

A lot of the EBs I check out this morning said they got their shipments on Monday and already sold out. I lucked out today though. The Walmart by my house got their tiny shipment today and I got the last one.
