That's absolutely Brad Pitt, but that doesn't mean they got him or even expect to get him. Concept artists use specific actors as models all the time. It's possible that they were told they were looking for a "Brad Pitt-type" and decided to use him as a model for the costuming concepts.

Cable looks amazing, but I'm not feeling fro Domino at all. Too much of a divergence for my taste. And the notion of an UZI with a bayonet is fucking with my mind.

Domino is definitely a huge divergence but they seemingly were set on casting a black actress and if they do that this is imo the best possible look they could come up with​. Painting her white would just be awkward.
