Not exactly clothing, but:

Persona 4 Protagonist Glasses (I have prescription lens in them and use them in my day-to-day activities):

Uniqlo has this exclusive deal with Capcom to make official Monster Hunter T-Shirts celebrating each game that gets released and they usually look really good.

I'm the sort of person that gets really annoyed by prominent logos anywhere on a shirt but is completely fine wearing this in public

I wonder if anyone buys "more extereme" gamers clothes for everyday use. I have a friend who's a huge Assassin's Creed fan, but he says he would never wear the AC hoodie in public. ;p For me a subtle t-shirt or a (still functional) backpack is as far as I'm willing to go. :)

I actually own lots of gaming-related apparel, some subtle, some not so much. It's kinda hard to find pictures of the clothing items themselves since a lot of them are gifts, custom-made or things I stumbled upon while browsing casually. But I own a shirt that has the omega symbol + skull design on the chest, relatively small in size:

(It's Jack's back tattoo from Mass Effect 2)

Don't think anyone has ever called it out as videogame-related.

Got a shirt with this Yoji Shinkawa art:

Though the shirt actually has the full image (with the kanji and other details), which I'm having some trouble finding online at the moment. It otherwise has nothing that identifies it as MGS-related. A coworker of mine who's a pretty massive dork actually recognized it once.

Also got a shirt that has Faith's arm tattoo from Mirror's Edge printed on one side of the torso. Nothing else that would otherwise identify it as a videogame shirt, I don't think. No one has called it out either.

Also own a couple of Zelda t-shirts (one has a triforce design on the chest, the other one has a picture of Link's sprite from Zelda 1), a shirt with the PlayStstion logo on the front, an N7 hoodie, an N7 t-shirt and a jacket that...has apparently been removed from BioWare's store completely. It's kinda similar to this except without the arm stripe.

I used to have a similar one with Sif on it instead of Nito. One of my friends actually started playing Dark Souls because he thought the shirt looked cool, but never got past Tauros Demon sadly.

I belive you are talking about this one

It's one of my favorite shirts ever. Decided to not wear it until i actually beat Sif in the game.
On another note. A friend of mine just recently purchased this "gem"

A lot for he Assassin's Creed gear is subtle and some of it looks decent too. Around the time of AC3 they had Desmond's hoodie jacket (the white and red one) with a stylised wings logo on the back (the vagina one).

Wow. I want these.

I can't stand those silly ass N7 black hoodies with white and red stripes going down the sleeves. I know a few nerds who wear them everyday... I mean like...every single day! And all day!! I don't get physically near these nerds, as I'd imagine the b.o. from
Those hoodies would be unbearable.

Maaan, I know OP is all jokes. But I literally wouldn't want to touch anything posted in that OP. If they were shipped to me and arrived at my doorstep tomorrow morning. I would take the box as is and put it on the curb for garbage pick up day.

Why are you all so hung up about wearing game related clothing outside? I literally don't own a t-shirt that doesn't have a gaming theme, and I'm a married 36 year old father.

I own some of these. The only problem is that the asian sizes (even the biggest ones) are too short for a 1,85m male... :(

I don't know about subtle, but a friend sent me this T-shirt as a gift, with artwork done by his friend. Moomin x Bloodborne, love it and I haven't even played Bloodborne!

(terrible photo cause I don't know how to anything)

That's really cool.

For the same reason people wear sports-related clothing? I dunno, doesn't seem all that strange to me.

Was tempted to get the P4 glasses at one point(the entire cast's frames are out there), but eh, somewhat expensive(as frames typically are), and they sold out fast from an import site.

...I didn't know I sort of wanted this until now. Where did you get them?

Wow. I want these.
Unfortunately, they were released by Cospa (Japanese manufacturer) many years ago, and are currently out-of-print. The value for them are insane, so unless you have very deep pockets, they'll likely be out of reach. :(

I've been using them for several years (since I bought them at release, actually) and they still hold up. They're genuine glasses, not ones meant for cosplay or whatever (although you can use them for that too, if you want). I should add that Movic released versions of the P4 protagonist as well as the rest of the cast too, but I found their build quality to be a bit lower than Cospa's version.

Sorry for the bad news on the availability. :(

Edit:

They also released versions of the glasses worn by the protagonist for Persona 5, but they're a lot more simple (no stripe on the side, which makes the P4 ones more unique). I bought them as well since I'm a Persona fan and couldn't help myself, haha.

I think this was my only one. Best Buy gave it to me for pre-ordering the first Gears. I don't think it had any words on it so I didn't mind wearing it.

lol, most of the gear in this thread is about as subtle as a grizzly bear.

anyway, I like this

always generates a few compliments when I wear it.

I like to wear this:

img-thing

with a WWII US paratrooper jacket over top. Covers part of the logo so it's a little more subtle.

I love reproductions of in-universe clothing featuring brands or companies from games or movies.

I think this looks pretty awesome, as far as gamerware goes.
For the ones who want to know: www.musterbrand.com

I don't really see what that has to do with Zelda, i get the shirt under the jacket the it is kinda themed like it. The coat just looks like a surplus army parka but 4 times as expensive.

Here's one from Belgium.

I have a Junes shirt like that, the only thing that gives it away is a small print in the neck that says Persona.

Good joke OP. I laughed.

On topic though, most video game apparel is corny and trash so I can't recommend anything that isn't indie made.
