Just started up the trial level

I have to say, the IQ is good and they texture the white paper look enough to where the art style is more than fine in all honesty. Maybe some levels will be iffy later but that is for a later post.

It seems to control fine and while some things are going to look odd in 3rd person, they also would in Halo. So far, i had to keep that in mind when jumping/changing weapons a bit.

Now, I wish it had a single player with an off the wall story from class room to class room....

BTW PRO Players, does this have pro support and does anyone know the tech on that? Res/frame etc

Really enjoying myself. I mean Im dying a lot but instead of lasting 5 seconds I'm at least in the match for like 20-25 seconds. Getting decent kills too, make me wanna get better. Presentation is incredible. Going back in with a friend.

Thanks for clearing that up buddy. Don't get me wrong, I still would have played it even if he was a Trump voter, as I believe one should be able to seperate art from the artist and all that.
Anyway, looks like people are enjoying the game in that other thread related to this game and from the sounds of it, seems like something I can get into myself.

I saw that they made the game to make you want or try to stay alive as long as you can. I do like some of the style on skins but I'll never buy anything in these games myself. Whatever I get for unlocking or I won't get them typically.


I admit, my favorite games of all time I will buy things for, games I just really like playing (Halo,Motorstorm) but not much else.

This kind of game really needs to be tried for free though IMO

I am surprised how much I dig the artstyle. I thought it looked wonky in the trailers but actually playing it and navigating trough the menus and tutorials made me appreciate it a lot. It really is charming.

Also, had a 1v1 match and it was tense. It feels fresh to have actual batlles and not die within a second upon encountering a foe (see most prominent online shooters these days.

It kind of feels like a fighting game in a TPS shell based on my first few matches.

Fun game so far, I hope it ends up being successful. Having another go to shooter besides Overwatch would be great.

Also, it's cool to see the tone about the game do a full 180 after people had the chance to try the game for themselves. You don't see that happen too often.

I'm not claiming to know the specifics of Jaffe's beliefs, but I have no qualms in telling anyone who voted Trump to go fuck themselves.

While that is an extremely stupid tweet, I am not sure he voted for Trump. Looking through the rest of his tweets makes me think he didn't. I guess I really don't know though. Jaffe being Jaffe makes it hard to tell sometimes....

I think the style of the game is great and works well.

The combat and shooting works good enough but not completely sold on all of the levels and the design. Still wish it had something maybe outside of a notebook to change up the look more.

It's.... okay. 2v2 is meh, gameplay feels kinda stiff. I actually kinda dig the aesthetic, some of the art is very edgelord-y, but I guess that's what they're going for. The writing and meme pic taunts are obnoxious as fuuuuuck though. It's not even offensive, it's like Bulletstorm dicktits level of swearing.

Searched for a ranked game for like 5 minutes and it never found anything. Haven't had a problem finding unranked games though. Still haven't had a full 4 player game. Mostly been 2 or 3 player matches. Game is fun though. Controls take some getting used to. I keep getting killed by what I assume are player specials. I have no idea what kills me sometimes. Gotta learn some characters besides Johnny Savage, I guess.

I don't like the golden gun. Tips the favor too much, and I don't like how it respawns as soon as the previous user dies. It should be a one-and-done thing. Turns the game into "camp around the golden gun and win".

I would assume there is some counter play against such guns, and choke points are always a plus in games for me. Halo play is good.

What determines if it spawns? I've only seen it in like 2 games even though I've had some games go all the way until the clock hit zero.
