Also the PR says it's $29.99 USD! :D

Are these being sold individually or is this a compilation?

Edit - Looks like a compilation. Awesome. Hoping for a physical release!

Glad this has a bit of a different game selection than usual. Looking forward to it, wondering what the price will be.

Never heard of Tank Force before but it looks like fun. Reminds me of Combat for the 2600's tank mode. Sounds like a solid multiplayer title.

It was called Battle City when it was released in Arcade, Famicom and Gameboy (these last 2 in Japan only).
It is really addictive, more when played with 2 players.

No Legend of Valkyrie in English... :/

This is the holy grail for me.

Hopefully this is successful enough to warrant future volumes, Numan Athletics being region-locked to Japan back in the Wii days still stings (wouldn't be a problem these days, obviously).

We all need to buy this so we get a Volume 2, with that game and more.

Please no, we've moved past the PlayStation era. I can't believe it's 2017 and we still haven't gotten a definitive Namco Museum. Every single one has the same shtick of adding an obscure game or two along with the glaring exclusion of something that should be expected like Ms. Pac-Man or Tower of Druaga. I'm hoping this one bucks the trend since it's been a good 7 years since the last entry (3 if you count Pac-Man Museum, I suppose) but I'm not holding my breath.

Glad Rolling Thunder is confirmed. One of my favorite arcade games. Didn't know there was a sequel either; will definitely check that out too

This title has 10 games and we already know what all of them are. As cool as it would be to get a collection with 40+ games, that's clearly not going to happen.

The Direct only mentioned eShop, so I doubt there's a physical release, unfortunately.

Anyways, I'm glad to see another NM comp. It's always nice to get some arcade games I haven't had anywhere else. I actually bought Namco's last plug & play because it had Pac-Man Plus on it.

EDIT: So glad to be wrong about the physical release!

I hope the arcade conversions run smooth. Although Namco is guilty of abusing their Namco Museum series, I am a sucker for Galaga 88, Splatterhouse and especially their Rolling Thunder series. Since this supports Tate mode and is portable this is will most likely be a pick up for me even at $30.00.

One thing I hope they include is some decent scanlines and filters. I am also hoping it supports 720p portable and 1080p docked modes.

That's kinda decent for a physical edition.

Has Been Heroes was a brand new game for ten dollars less, but I hold many games in this collection close to my heart, so heh, nostalgia wins!

This looks real good! Which has been the definitive version of the Museum? Is the multiple PS1 classics the big one? Or is this one looking like the one, possibly?

Would have been a little more interested if Namco had just approached it like Arcade Archives is doing by selling games individually, but if the price is right, I'll get it.

edit: $30? Hmmm, well I'm not so sure now. I mean, if you look at it like 10 games for $3 a piece, it doesn't seem too outrageous, but there are games that I just don't care about and I could safely say I'd only pick this up for a handful of the games that are included. Might be a pass and I've been excited for more arcade action on the Switch.

A decent collection, but not for that price. I'd be willing to buy it at $20, or maybe $25 for a physical tax, but no more than that.

I just wish Namco would re-release Pac-Man Arrangement at some point, that is by far my favorite Pac-Man game. I think it's been 15 years or so since they last re-released it.

Please, Namco. Please.

they should allow you to turn the screen to portrait mode for that tall arcade screen look

That'd definitely be neat, probably wouldn't be too pleasant to hold in that position though.
