Yeah, no. Aside from groomed eyebrows, the chick looks more like me.

It may be because the algorithm likely uses celebrity photos as its baseline. It makes sense from a practical point of view since celebrities have lots of photos on the Internet for an AI to comb through.

That's interesting. I get Melania Trump vibes from some of mine.

I'm not as startled by this as some people -- it doesn't make me look like like any of my female relatives, and I look like a different woman in each of the images it spits out. Sometimes I'm Melania Trump. Other times I'm a farm girl wearing no makeup who's up at 5 AM to milk the cows. It's really fun to play with, though. Slightly different angles, lighting, and hair length have huge effects on what it spits out. I'm really impressed with this.

Another part of is that it has to approximate things like hair and complexion. People's female counterparts are given salon-beautiful hair, clear skin and perfect make-up. Any woman can look hot after a day of pampering. The AI approximates hair especially makes a huge difference.

It's a bit of a hassle to do this, you have to take each individual frame from the gif and pass it through the filter then recreate the gif. Fun experiment though.

It seems to hold up well to different facial expressions and mouth shapes, though admittedly it has some trouble with tongues. The smile algorithm is literally the least impressive part of this.

No, didn't work well for me either. Could only use an older picture with much shorter facial hair.

Yeah Black and White photos confuses the smile feature. On my Stalin one of the 1st smile button actually put him in color which was cool and very strange.
