I think the dropped the ball on this. They started this season with Savitar being more inline with the comic version(some guy) and then when things fizzled they go back to the mystery villain trope.

I didn't really care for Season 1 that much, but it does establish the crew. It had some nice moments sprinkled around. All these shows are going to be ending for the summer, so I'd just watch the whole thing.

But if you absolutely needed to, I'm sure you could start at Season 2. All of that was good, sans maybe 1 episode. Legends did a stellar job with its antagonists in Season 2.
