This community has an issue with retaining and bringing in new folk because it tends to find a way to offend them, or make it awkward because we don't check what we're putting out. That goes for anyone from black women to whatever allies exist here. Then there's the fact the current state of the world basically got tensions on 100% like Heart of Iron 4 when WW2's under way, tolerance for things of that nature are becoming increasingly low. inb4 SJWs, or whatever.
