Magik has always been a favorite. The thought of a young girl accidentally teleporting to hell (Limbo) and becoming its ruler was always pretty cool. Her soul sword, armor, and demonic form are all bees knees for comic artists, some depicting it better than others of course.

EDIT: +1 for her special bond with Kitty Pride, which I always enjoyed.

As someone who got into comics in mid 90's, my favorite has been Witchblade for a long time, the original incarnation via Sara Pezzini.
