Was playing some Tekken 6 earlier today, still bummed there's no Lei or Raven in the game, especially Lei as everyone I know just calls him Jackie Chan and how you not have Jackie in the game I don't know. He's a staple in the series. Oh well, here's a couple of gifs I captured as I still had the PS3 hooked up.

I'm still sad that they stopped trying to go for this visual style. That lighting and motion blur still looks better to me than Tekken 7 does most of the time, resolution aside. And no tacky CA...

I really hope there's a tutorial/training mode to teach people how to play basic tekken. The minigame shit in Tag 2 was a poor excuse of a tutorial and "The easiest Tekken to play" doesn't mean that it's not still...Tekken. Markman can't be traveling to every household teaching people how to play and I dont think "Watch this youtube video" is a good message to send either.

They're unlockables in the Gallery mode. It's pretty damn cool.

I haven't been into Tekken since T5R, which was honestly my favorite, but I decided to jump back by pre-purchasing the Deluxe Edition on PC. I look forward to playing this game in 4K!

Because Kazuya has more in common with Devil than Jin does with Devil Jin. Jin's moveset got revamped and heavily de-Mishima'd in Tekken 4, if you recall. Devil Jin hearkens back to his old style, and Devil, of course.

good point, devil jin (at least when he debuted in tekken 5) was more tekken 3 tier jin with devil/angel moves

and as far as i can remember, devil was just a gimped kazuya with the devil laser

The PS4 version already running in 900p and looking soft (as Digital Foundry described it) does imo not bode well for Xbox One version resolution and IQ...

I'm not saying otherwise, but usually there's a marginal difference between base PS4 and X1 when a game struggles on PS4 in some aspect. Pro and Scorpio can't fix previous hardware problems.

but that's just it, the difference will be marginal. it should not affect your experience

Devil Jin was their way of bringing back Tekken 3 Jin's moveset, though it is pretty different.

As somebody who suffered through PS3 Tekken 6's resolution, I can say a dropped resolution creates an incomparable experience.
