Finally got R Type as well.

How's the other Ghostbusters game, Slime something? Worthy for 1.24?

Edit:
I really like Ghostbusters: Sanctum of Slime. I just about completed the game with my 5-year-old son on Steam, couldn't pass getting this on the Xbox for that price.

It's an overhead twin-stick shooter. There is repetition with both enemies and level design but it delivers. Makes for a fun co-op experience. You can try the demo or watch a gameplay video if you are still hesitant.

Thhank you. I should grab it then! My 3yo will probably like to try it on coop as well.

I don't own an xbox. I have $20 in my account.

Apparently you can't buy xbox gift cards from the store using credit, and I cant buy Blue Dragon from xbox.com. How the fuck do I actually buy anything?
too bad so sad gotta buy them on the 360 store.

Dangerous sale, I don't even know how much I just spent. A bunch were just to put away discs and have digital if I ever get back to them. Pumped about Ikaruga though, forgot all about that (and the NeoGeo fighting games)

Got Ghostbusters and Geometry Wars Retro Evolved. Really thinking of cashing in more of my bing points but not that many games attract my attention enough to buy.

This does feel a bit to me like one final, big BC sale before Xbox Game Pass releases. Makes it really hard for me to decide what to buy.

Goddamn this week. I'm never going to catch up on my backlog.

Prey earlier in the week.
Space Giraffe
Centipede & Millipede
Plants vs Zombies GW2
and then free Lego Star Wars
Lara Croft 2
Phantom Dust

And I'm eyeing Ikaruga.

Shovel Knight also finally got the update too.

Crazy week for the backlog. I've got 92 BC games after buying like 10 things so far in this sale.

I still wonder if they'll add BC to the PC.

I had a huge to buy list but after playing some demos and also whittling it down based on how many games I already have in the backlog I ended up with just 2 lol.

- Half-Minute Hero
- Ikaruga

The prices are ridiculously good on some of this stuff, but I just don't really need them. Very happy with the 2 I ended up with all the same. :D My GameCube copy of Ikaruga is packed away safely so I'm glad I can play it again now and Half-Minute Hero is great.

I know it's a lot to ask, but I really wish the Xbox 360 game demos were available on Xbox One so I could try a lot of these games first.

That list is damn near paralyzing and I have a huge backlog.

I'll have to take a serious look at anything cheap as dirt tho.

Was gonna get R-Type as well but it just felt so slow to play, maybe I just wasn't in the mood while trying the demo but it put me off a bit.

Cabela's Alaskan Adventures $9.99 (Drop 50%)
Cabela's Dangerous Hunts 2013 $14.99 (Drop 50%)
Cabela's Hunting Expeditions $14.99 (50% drop)

Damn, I'll have to hook the 360 back up - I bought myself a discounted Xbox card from Costco for this sale and then remembered that you can't purchase 360 games on the One or the Microsoft site with your MS account balance.

Still so goddamn stupid.

Hmmm Mirror's Edge was only showing as $1.63 on the Xbox One store so that seems like a no-brainer since I never played that game.

How are Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2?

I'm leaning toward buying The Orange Box and Fable 2 since I never played those games.

Noticed this a moment ago. How can this still be a thing? Good for us, that we still own a 360. As a bone only owner I would be pissed right now. Also, it is not possible to put more than one game in the basket???

It seems that the only way to buy them with account credit is on an actual 360.

I'm pretty fucking bummed I can't get the one game I'm really interested in - Shadows of the Damned. Wish it was available in my region digitally
or even physically ffs

So far I've picked up:

Ghostbusters
Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara
Garou
Samurai Shodown II
NeoGeo Battle Coliseum

Still got few more I'm considering to get. Great sale, MS!
The only concern is that many games of this sale may become GwG title at sometime in the future. But at these prices, can't really complain.

Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution
The Orange Box

BocoDragon

or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Realize This Assgrab is Delicious
This is a great "clean up on odds n ends" sale as the 360 fades into the past. I'm grateful for BC keeping these games relevant enough for a big sale, whether I play them on the One or not.

Grabbed the Bioshock Infinite Season Pass. Time to finally see how those Rapture episodes play out.

Also noticed a couple of random shmups I didn't own yet... Strania and Triggerheart Excelica. I was big into the 360's unique shmup scene half a decade ago, and I think this completes my collection of a couple of the ones I let fall by the wayside. I remember the Strania demo being surprisingly Radiant Silvergun-like.

Folks here generally keen on Jetpac Refueled? I'm tempted to grab that, bizarrely I have nostalgia for the original through its inclusion in Donkey Kong 64.

Speaking of Rare, I'm so glad Banjo Tooie finally went on sale :D Haven't properly revisited it in years, cautiously keen to see how it holds up.

For the $5 you're gonna spend on both it might be better to just get Rare Replay when it goes on sale. It's been as low as $10 and you get a ton more games.
