The dithering seems to have been significantly reduced on the New CFN Beta test earlier this month.

Shadows definitely look much better. Here are a couple of comparison shots I captured earlier tonight

Matchmaking started out a bit slow. First hour of the beta I only found 3 matches but after that I was getting matched up around 10 or so minutes.

Geez, finally! That fugly effect was just unacceptable. What is this beta about by the way? Are they going to release a new, updated version of the game anyway, like an Ultra Street Fighter V?
If they get ridd of that dithering and add PS4 Pro support I might even try out the game again.

Beta was to test new features and improvements to the CFN as well as new balance changes and the upcoming dlc character. They're set to go live on the 30th.

Not at all. The Pro version has actually the most high quality motion blur. I just tend to not select screens to share that are almost unrecognizable due to motion blur.

Finished the DLC yesterday, what a great experience overall. First time playing the game and the DLC to completion.
