Regardless of the western tournies, the tournies in Japan and Korea will still use the arcade version, and that includes Evo Japan next year in addition to this year's Mastercup and likely KOIF2017.



Unlike Josie, MRaven is basically Raven.

Josie at least has some different moves and in general different animations and transitions when compared to Bruce.

Raven takes a bit of work to wrap your head around but is -super- fun and rewarding once you do.

M Raven compared to TTT2 Raven is a bit more pleasant to play i feel like (you know, from the little i played so far), since she has easier and much more consistent combo routes.

I'm slowly getting hyped for this WAY more than I thought I would be. I'd been out of the fight game a while (occasional MK here and there) and then when SFV came out I went ham, bought a fight stick and just like everyone else was so disappointed.

There's just something so old school about Tekken. I have fond memories of the awesome times I had playing on my mates PS while we skipped school lol.

If Tekken 7 had P2 outfits I wonder what Master Raven's would be. I don't really like her default, but it's a black woman with dreads so I feel like I have to play her.

This implies that pre-ordering is a way to guarantee that you'll get her not that it's the only way to get her. It also implies that all day one editions will have her.

Also on Best buy there's this image, that has no mention of preordering.

Can't wait to practice all 2-3 variations of Paul's setups for death fist :v

No, no one repping the Chang/Wang style. Although one of the Changs may return as part of the free DLC.

Looks kinda weird, like they kept the model and texture from Tekken 6, but didn't include the bump map or update it to suit the UE4 lighting.

Compare to the same outfit in Tekken 6. Look at the shoulders, the wrinkles look more 3D.

The only P2 outfits are the Tekken 5-Tag 2 outfits, right? For characters that were still rocking those when they were introduced to Tekken 7, that is. But the game pretty much has at least one P2 outfit for each character in the customizations, you just have to unlock and put it together yourself.

Oh wow really? I have both consoles and already pre-ordered for the PS4 so it's no big deal but that sucks for XB1/PC only owners :p. Kinda been on semi-black out on the game so I don't know much of anything about exclusive stuff for any version.

EDIT: Just read the 1st page now. I'm an idiot.

The PS4 version exclusives are three costumes (Jin T4 hoodie, Xiaoyu T4 pink dress, King T2 suspenders and tie), and the Jukebox feature (you can replace any stage's music and some menu music with tracks from the rest of the series).

I think that there remains a possibility that these features are unspoken timed exclusives, but that's just an unsupported guess.

But no one's going to let you do that at tournaments.

They aren't so much Tekken 5 outfits as they are legacy outfits. Paul has had his red gi since Tekken 1, Hehachi his black Gi, and so on. It's same as older Tekkens, one legacy outfit, one crazy new one.
