--When Jason is the killer - female counselors can wear Pamela's sweater to stun Jason
--When Pamela is the killer - male counselors can wear Jason's mask to stun Pamela

How would you even put Pam or even part 5 Jason in the game when they're just normal people and would break the omnipresent rules of the killer in the game?

They should put in that girl in Jason 7 that has the psychic powers. Would make her feel different than any other character and make the playing field a bit even. Tommy doesn't feel special at all.

Unfortunately as a result of much improved matchmaking on PS4, I've noticed that people are far more likely to quit a match once they die, hosts included.

They had Pamela as a stretch and she had a separate skill set.

I think part 5 was Roy?
Just make his weaknesses shift, morph and wutever...give him can run, then wutever from...more knives, traps, sense, swimming.

Matchmaking is still fucked. I always end up in an empty room.

To be honest, the game is fun but I'd rather have a refund at this point.

From my experience that means you're the host and you just have to wait a little while longer for people to join.

Yep, just make Roy be weak in the three abilities (Sense, Morph, Shift) and let him run, have great Stalk, and give him throwing knives to start off with.

It'd be a challenging Jason to play as, but benefits skilled players who used cool downs and knives/traps to their advantage.

Played my first match as Jason, managed to kill the 7 of them, even dodged the shot by Jarvis and killed me. That being said, I felt like I sucked. There was this counselor constantly hitting me to the ground, and they all laughed about it, it was pretty funny actually. Felt better when I killed them all too.

Yup I agree. I'd rather someone make a Freddy game of their own like this and do that property the respect it deserves like the guys here did with Friday the 13th

Some of the developer's answers are weak. Now I understand getting permission for the likenesses but, no one cares if you have the counselor's voices exact. Anyway I don't really care about counselors from the movies, other than hero class I guess. As for Pamela they could just make it so she doesn't trigger the music since the counselors shouldn't know she's there killer. Making it easier for her to sneak up on people. I'd say make her run and be able to go through windows as well. They say she's just a person but she was pretty damn strong throwing a corpse through a window. Obviously it would require work for sure. It just seems like they want to be authentic but they have already taken a ton of liberties as it is.

After watching a bunch of videos and reading this thread, I decided to pick up the game last night. Next thing I knew, it was 2am and I was lamenting the fact I had to be up in 4 hours.

I haven't laughed that much with a total group of strangers since Rainbow 6 Vegas. It seems people just genuinely want to laugh and have fun with this game. It's refreshing.

Yup it is a completely different type of player in this game. Sure there are try-hards and the annoying assholes but most people just want to get chased by Jason or be Jason and have a good time. Just looking for a good cat and mouse time.

Just now my first match with people in glitch spots as Jason.

I ran into this guy early who wanted to look at the Savini skin, so I let him before telling him to leave. (He was spawned right by the main house on Higgins, which also had the fuse box.) Come back a few kills later and I see a dude perched on a rock with Sense. Its the same guy, so I tell him to wait right there so I can go grab some knives. Took out two other players before noticing he moved to the bridge glitch. Smacked him around with some knives before noticing a Tommy running around, so I went after him. The glitcher ended up sacrificing himself in the water to save Tommy, for some reason.

I wasn't too mad, it ruins my favorite map.

In this game ? A try hard would be someone who within 24 hours has memorized every possible combination of random placements on the map, uses whichever kill has the fastest animation time to shave seconds or whichever is the most expensive in game kill so you know "just how good and how many points and high leveled he is", and talks shit and or spent days after launch practicing shift grab for hours. Willing to use an exploit as long as they don't get caught and will take advantage of any meta or slight trick to get an upper hand and takes the entire thing too seriously. Fancies themself an MLG because they got mad skillz bro. Would quit out of other games and retry matchmaking to get lower level opponents so they can protect their precious KDR. Buys any gameplay DLC immediately to get the one up on people who aren't used to it or don't have it yet. Prone to Ragequits if a low level player beats them, makes up excuses if they lose or accuses other people of cheating or lag etc. Says things like "One-V-One me" and "sit down BOI yeah das what I thought whatcu got b1tch."

Example screen names may include things like "K1LLah_fo_HyRe" "SWAG_LeGenD_420" or "xX_Plague_of_God_Xx"
