MN9 is not as bad as GAF wants you to think it is. And this is coming from someone who backed it for $60. I think $6 is a fair amount to pay for it. Its a capable, if underwhelming, homage to Classic Megaman. And I don't see Capcom pumping out new game of that series so why not? You'll probably pay more for your dinner tonight.

These two are a great deal, both Steins Gate 0 and ROM are very much worth playing. Another VN like set of games on sale are the Zero Escape double pack for $30 which includes the first two games.

There are also some great indies, and some cool old SNK games on sale. Good stuff.
