Has anyone here had any experience with Nintendo customer service? I need to return a faulty left Joy-con that came bundled with my launch console.

They're pretty good, but not as good as the US branch. You'll print out a shipping label, slap it on a box (that you won't get back), and your stuff will be gone for just over a week iirc.
The biggest issue I have with them is that they will charge you a fee just to look at it if they deem it's not covered by warranty. My partner had a 3DS that would sporadically not wake up from sleep, we took video footage of it happening and they still slugged us with the inspection fee even though they didn't fix it.
Given you've got a product with a well documented issue you should be fine though.

I just called their customer support hotline and was informed I'm looking at a minimum wait of 10 business days for assessment and repair/replacement. If there are no blue Joy-cons in stock, the wait time could be far longer. I'm close enough to Scoresby that I can drop it off, but I hoped given this was a well documented issue, it'd be a quick replacement.

Not 100% sure what this means yet. Are they just delaying physical goods vendors like Amazon and ebay collecting GST on behalf of the Australian Government or does the delay stretch to intangibles like Netflix/steam etc... as well?

It does include digital goods. Or maybe that's separate legislation.

Why are you dealing with Nintendo directly? You should just return it to the store of purchase and ask them to swap it. It isn't your responsibility to deal with the supplier. If they tell you to contact the manufacturer then that is incorrect. That is their problem as they sold you a faulty product.

Apart from scoring a try of course. But yeah, if he'd passed to Morris NSW would've won the match. That was a tough loss for NSW, they dominated most of the stats with the exception of the penalty count.

I really loved Vampire: The Masquerade: Redemption. Nobody ever talks about that game though.

He had one of those games were he runs around like a headless chook without any care. That pass was bizarre.
Looks like ScreenPlay, the Goodgame replacement with Hex and Nichboy, is about to launch on 7mate. They already had their version of pocket up, first plays, news etc... It's basically goodgame with a new name so far.
