2Dark 60% off is a steep drop, it came out quite recently...

...

...too bad, you know... "humble monthly" >_>

2dark also had denuvo removed recently after backlash. ill probably grab it.

yeah thats some bad timing on this months Humble. im either going to buy something that ends up in the Monthly or skip something and then be disappointed its not in the monthly

Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin earlier today was £19.99 (via Steamdb). The store page is now showing it is £29.99 reduced by 70% to £8.99. Namco raised the price of the game so that when they discount it at their usual 70% they can sell it for slightly more.

or you can buy it for $5 or less from a number of people as it's part of the next month's humble monthly so it's not hard to get it cheap.

Uh huh.

Yall crazy if you don't think Nier Automata's story isn one of the best things to happen in video games since ever. (slight hyperbole, it's really, really, really good though)

Thing is Nier Automata has nothing on the original other than slightly better combat (that still isn't what people hoped for)

As far as I'm aware, it's very hardware-dependent. I haven't had a single issue with the game in 67 hours so far, using the FAR mod of course. I'm on a 6900K and GTX 1080.

I think it's more that you have to use a fan made mod and that Square has shown no interest in patching obvious issues. Of course, fixed is fixed, be it by a fan or the devs themselves, but it's mildly insulting to just release a crap version and let your own community fix it.

It happened with Dark Souls but in this case it's worse because it was developed AS a concurrent PC release, and published by a company that obviously has access to the resources they need to fix things up.

I'll definitely get Nier at some point but without any kind of post-launch support, I can stand to wait. If they're not in a rush to fix I'm not in a rush to buy.

Guess I'll wait a bit. Saw Final Fantasy games for half the price though.

FF IX for about a tenner is worth it if you have it already for PS3? Thinking about getting that one because I heard that you can speed up the painfully slow battles.

Type 0 worth it? I guess the price also will be half.

Guys, someone help, the site is way too fast for me, my internet broke from all the speed. Is there any way to slow it down?

Every time it's the same old story. People rushing into the store as soon as the sale begins, crashing the server. What's the hurry? Why can't they wait? If they all waited a bit longer, I'd be able to get in right as it starts. But no, everyone else wants to be there too.

Take it slow, people. The discounts aren't going anywhere, so please let me browse the store now and you can do it later.

Was this posted in earnest? I kind of hope it was.

The Steam equivalent of the drunk friend who keeps offering to pay your tab all night.
Age of Decandence 75% off, I know Steamgaf vouches hard for it.

Not seeing the Shadow of Mordor discount that's been mentioned here. It's still £15.99 for me.

Edit - refreshed and it's now £3.19.

I wonder if Steam will load faster if I keep hitting F5.

I better keep trying, the sales will only last an hour. Too bad Valve didn't make the sale last entire weeks.
It doesn't work. Believe me, I'm trying as hard as I can. I should start checking it on my phone too, just to be sure.

Until now, those are the ones I'm more interested in:

Rise of the Tomb Raider
South Park TSoT
Ori & the Blind Forest

Watch Dogs 2 - 50%
Nier Automata - 30%
Furi - 50%
Owlboy - 30%
Yomawari - 50%
Berserk - 40%
Xenoverse 2 - 50%
Overcooked - 50%
Hyperlight Drifter - 50%
Dark Souls III - 60%
Transistor - 85%
Inside - 40%

Stuff I could see before it crapped out on me.

Uh yeah heads up the DLC is kinda terrible

And I enjoyed the base game
?

Far Harbor is great, Automaton is worth it for the buildable robots and I heard good things about Nuke World. The rest is filler settlement crap but that's only $10 out of the whole package.

It'll take Steam anywhere from ten minutes to an hour to get the prices sorted out. Don't rely on the wishlist, it won't be accurate; use the store page itself. It's like this during every big sale.

I'm bracing for bad deals on everything I want, personally...

Oh it wasn't the wishlist lol

I clicked on the store page that showed the ff series collection , just had a laugh and I knew the sales will come in slowly 😂

Anyone played through RE4 ($6.79) with the HD mod? Definitely want to jump in on it, but the third area doesn't seem to be done yet so I'm a little apprehensive about everything going to fuzz in the last leg of the game.
