Victor Lucas is in a league of his own when it comes to game interviews

So last year i discovered the channel EPNdotTV when i watched this God of War interview with Cory Barlog. Ever since then, EPNdotTV is easily my favorite Youtube channel when it comes to game interviews. Why? Two reasons. 1. Because their content feels like a legit TV production, but more importantly 2. Because of Victor Lucas. Simply put, his passion in this field just GLOWS. Calm, very thoughtful, *always* asks the best insightful questions and shows a genuine interest in his interview partners. An absolute class act.

But for real when is Lucas gonna reboot Review on the Run with Tommy Tallarico?

I actually think this comes up from time to time and both seemed open to it. I assume theyre just really busy and it's hard to nail down a time. TT is always touring, it seems.

Too bad his shows weren't renewed here in Canada. Looking at his website, he's scaled back his operations considerably. Reviewers on his show would gleefully rip on games sometimes. The other hosts seem to have all disappeared now, including the once chubby guy in Nintendo T-Shirts that got totally ripped.

Does he mostly do interviews for AAA titles, or does he do other stuff too? I like thoughtful interviews but GoW and Spiderman aren't for me.

Came in skeptical as fuck.

Listened to the Spider-Man interview and 1. He knows his shit. 2. He's easy to talk to. 3. He knows his shit.

Gonna take a few hours and listen to the rest. Thanks OP.

Judgement Day was awesome back then. I miss it along with old G4 TV. Where is my time machine?

Shit I would buy a bluray set of old Judgement Day episodes. Love to rewatch them.

I was pretty happy when I found his channel a few months ago and even happier when I realized that he has still got it. Good stuff. Definitely worth watching.

I found it odd that Victor Lucas hosted the show that featured Tommy Tallarico, Jade Raymond, and Geoff Knightley - and while they later went on to make it big, Victor never moved up.

Wait, Jade Raymond? The same Jade Raymond of Jade Raymond Presents: Assassin's Creed, was a game show host?

He has a production company that also does other projects and he's been doing some form of EP for 20 years now. He probably enjoys what he does so maybe he doesn't want to "move up" like Tommy and Jade.

Vic deserves way more attention. He's been around for so long and he's the man when it comes to interviews. Been following him on Twitter since EP became so difficult to find.

His YouTube channel gets very little views. It honestly depresses me, since he's been in the game for long time. I've liked the dude since Electric Playground and Judgement Day.
