Seems similar to video games, the west likes its bulky characters more than Japan who think they're too gorilla like.
Probably why Cell was popular in the west, not in Japan, and Frieza was the most popular in Japan.

I'm thinking about starting DB super.I've watched all the previous series back in day and I loved it, especially the original DB.
I have one question though.How is the relationship between the couples in DB Super?
I'm referring to to Goku-Chichi, Gohan-Videl, Vegita-Bulma and when i ask how is it, I mean
are there moments between those characters that you feel that their relation has grown even more than before?

Gohan and Videl are kind of a generic couple, but they have their moments.
Vegeta and Bulma definitely have their moments, they feel more like a couple than ever in Super.
Goku and Chi-chi... are... uh... yeah.

Finally got around to watching this weeks episode. Feels like it took forever to get to, but excited it started.
Though, although we knew the stage would turn out as it did, I was really hoping it would be multi-level. As it was being constructed, it felt like it would be a good way to separate the fights out a bit more and would be a cool dynamic as well.
Oh well. Hype still high. Glad to see some Jiren in (little) action. Hope he knocks Goku out fast.

Vegeta and Bulma are probably the couple that has developed the most, the Saiyan Prince has come around and his growth as a character shows, he's my favorite character for a reason. Though I'm hating his stubbornness about fighting alone in this arc, that shit got him wrecked in the Cell arc.
Goku... let's just say he's acting the same as he did in DBZ when it comes to Chichi.
He's actively looking for reasons not to be home.
You'll love the first and middle episodes of the Black arc.

I finally got a free moment to watch the latest episode.
I think I've said this before but I can't believe Master Roshi bout to battle for the fate of the universe. I honestly thought it would be a bait and switch.
That entire scene with Vegeta acting a bitch about making a circle with Frieza was the best. This show continues to deliver those comedic moments between the characters so well.

Everyone else has answered this question, but one sort of related thing I have liked in this season is Goten's growth so far. He hasn't had much focus but there have been several instances where he comes off as one of the smartest people in the cast. His relationship with Gohan is pretty funny as he comes off as more of an adult sometimes. Haha.
I think it shows how good of a mother Chichi is when her son isn't getting dragged off to horrible battles to death!
