I know Frank was different and actually shit in DR4 but does that even matter for a fighting game where he's returning and assumingly will have much of the same moves from pre crisis Frank

Note that Winter Soldier might be main game, in which case, Capcom would also have another character. As it stands, he's probably DLC.
Of note: only three (3) newcomers on each side in base roster. Only four (4) women in base roster. Of the returning characters only two (2) don't return from MvC3/UMvC3

Eh, all playable builds we have seen since E3 have had more marvel characters in them than Capcom, let them even the playfield.

I was more laughing at the fact that he claimed these couldn't be announced at Evo because Comic Con was a better place to announce super heroes.
Based on leaks there are only 4 female characters in the 34 character roster (Gamora, Chun-Li, Captain Marvel, and Morrigan).
There might be one woman in the six character season pass as well (Death).
They look great. Maybe cuz it's offscreen, or maybe Capcom working on the graphics.

New Frank West requires new assets. Capcom so far is using a lot of UMVC3 models. It has to be UMVC3 Frank West.
I think we're straight up missing at least Marvel and Capcom rep for DLC from the Zip leak, just based on numbers.

Again, Winter Soldier is probably DLC. Which is more likely: That the .zip leak includes all characters from story mode, including some DLC newcomers (which we know it does, since BP and Sigma are there) or that the .zip leak includes all characters expect one Capcom character for some reason?

Except this can never be seen as an upgrade because it's not 3v3 and there are no assists. That inherently makes it a very different game.
Who are the other 3 DLC characters?
I think Bucky and Monster Hunter are two of the four missing ones. Where are the other 2?

this is such a stupid compliant, you really thought they were gonna change most characters movesets? Do you expect characters to have different movesets between games in any fighter? And yea, almost every character has new shit at least.

Not all supers were shown in the trailer.
At this point they seem linked- if one's base, the other is base, and if one's DLC, the other is as well. W/ the game's structure, you wouldn't leave 3 in and 3 out, it'd be 2/4 or 4/2.
