Why IW isn't a trilogy I'll never know. All this build up and it'll be over in two movies. It should've been IW1 - Thanos and the black order assemble and start to wreck shit cosmically, IW2 - Thanos targets earth and begins his journey here while the Avengers scramble to reconcile and plan on wtf to do and IW3 - all hell breaks loose the entire movie. We're one movie short. :(

I'm gonna get killed for this but I am one of the few degenerates that enjoys the avenger movies.

I thought age of ultron was good.

The original is considered one of the best comic movies ever.

Age of Ultron obviously got a mixed reaction from people but it's certainly not BvS or anything.

They're two of the best superhero movies ever made. Age of Ultron is flawed, but liking it is hardly some outlandish stance.

3 movies would be total overkill. There are so many characters and stories they could use for these movies that tying up 3 of them with Thanos would be kind of frustrating.

I feel like it'd be hard to stretch the story that much and still make it feel meaningful. 3 movies would give me serious Hobbit vibes.

My predictions:
Don's gonna be the first to be wiped out, Captain will be wiped out at the end of the first movie but is saved at the start of the second, only to die a heroes death at the end of the second.

Guys guys guys. What if...now hear me out here. What if that poster is only one piece of a bigger poster. If you notice, there are still a bunch of Avengers missing like Cap, Scarlet Witch, and Vision. And Thor's not there either. I really think this might be just one piece of a bigger puzzle, just like they did with Age of Ultron. I know you guys probably haven't thought of this yet after 6 pages of posts, but I'd bet money that it is.

Thoughts?

Thanos and the Black Order wrecking shit is the first act of a movie, not a whole movie. What would the plot be?

I mean... It was discussed on the very first page. I get people probably won't read every page and every post, but at least read the first page to see where the conversation is heading. 6 pages is further along that reactionary posts to the op shouldn't be happening.

A lot of them are missing, you can't fit them all in one person. A lot of people have speculated that this might be one of a series of other posters, so we might get to see everyone if there are more.

the first to the left is Earth, next to the Hulk - probably Cap & his team

to the right is deep space, you can see it start up by War Machine - probably led by Thor

Eh..there's no harm in someone posting something that was already posted. Just scroll down 5 more lines if it bothers you. The last guy even edited his post when he saw his error.

It would be the official intro of him and the Black Order. I haven't seen GoTG 2 yet, but if Nova Corps still has the power stone, they'll be the first to get wiped out. That leads to GoTG and the cosmic side of things taking up most of the first one with the ending being the GoTG ending up on earth.

The second would've been The Avengers (and earth) coming to terms with aliens and crap and trying to strategize on what to do. Meanwhile, Thanos begins his move to earth and shows up during the second half or the end.

The third would've just been the main conflict between The Black Order/The Avengers and then the ultimate fallout with the deaths and shit.

After dozens of movies building up to this, I don't think it should all just be resolved in two movies, especially since we don't have any direction for what the next big event is. Call me greedy, but I think with the number of characters there are and the size of this event, three movies would've been fine.
