I didn't like them putting it in a higher key, though.

The theme was originally in the exact same key as the original Superman theme that Williams scored. Pitching it up an extra step (or two) kinda strained it. It took me a little bit to even recognize what it was because of that.

So this trailer looks like the "Justice League - Wonder Woman edition" that most of us expected. The film itself looks like it could be fun if the editing is up to par this time around.

Not only is Batman straight up LYING about Superman's effect on the populace (because that's sure as shit not what the films themselves seemed to suggest or push) but I like how the entire first half of the trailer is basically positioning the film as a Wonder Woman sequel.

Looks good, can't wait to see it.

The one thing that kind of bothers me is how they kept saying, Superman was this symbol of hope and how the whole world mourns for him. I never felt that in both Man of Steel and BvS. And I may have remembered it wrong but weren't there a lot of people protesting against him and criticising him?

Yeah, it's weird that WB are trying to retcon the DCEU Superman into being this beacon of optimism and hope when he really wasn't.
