Yeah I don't consider either of these games AAA. I don't care or complain about PS Plus though. They have me locked until 2023.
For a game that can be had for under 5 bucks lol?
Not really sure what all the excitement is about. Freedom Cry is meh and JC3 is straight up garbage on PS4 and not really much better on PC.
Downwell is cool but heh I already supported the devs on Steam.
Everyone complains about PS Plus through many awesome indie games and the occasional 1st party title and now all the sudden Downwell, a game that can be had for like 3 bucks on Steam at times, is an amazing month and Just Cause 3 is a celebration lol?

The point is people whine and cry, whine and cry, over and over every single month when they don't get their game.
It's just a bit silly that this is a month people are somehow excited for. I'm not sure how you came to the conclusion that this was affecting my wellbeing in any way. Seems you're reaching there.
I am happy if you are happy. I don't really care as I said PS Plus is for online to me. I just found it really strange is all. PS Plus has been very solid to me even though I own half of the games on Steam. Still very good selections 3/4 of the year. I don't have any problems with these ones either. It all seems like a normal month to me.

I bought a 12 months Plus and entered the code. It accepted the code and then wanted my account password again. When I entered password, it said something like server timeout and after that, I can't use that code again. My account is still non-Plus and when I want to use the code, is says "This prepaid card has already been redeemed."
What should I do? Is there any e-mail to ask this from Sony?

Just Cause 3 does run tolerably well if you have a PS4 Pro, and it's not a bad game, per se.

At this point I wish they'd just stop offering PS3 games and just offer a PSVR game.
Or even some movies.

I just traded in JC3 as I couldn't finish it. The performance isn't terrible with the pro but it still slows down a lot when you chain link explosions, which is kinda the point of the game.
Maybe I'm getting old but continually blowing up the same stuff didn't do it for me. It's a good game to play with a podcast on, and in small bursts.
And it's AAA retail, so all the whiners should stop complaining because last time it was the "stupid indie shovelware" complaint.

Okay month. I liked past two Just Cause games so I'll try this one. Performance was discouraging enough for me to pick it up, but this coming with a PS+ sub and possible Boost Mode improvements make it acceptable. I've played Freedom Cry already and quite liked it. AC4 formula blended with smaller scope works very well imo.
Downwell for Vita is fantastic. I have the game on Steam, my android phone and Vita and mixing portability and physical buttons made the Vita version the most enjoyable for me. Give it a download if you have the handheld. Level 22 looks nice visually so I'll probably try it.

What are the chances of physical disc save being compatible with digital game?
After seeing how JC3 runs persormance-wise...this is better.
Very happy with this month - I got shot of JC3 physical ages ago, but I was having a good enough time with it, despite it tanking in places...closest thing I have to Mercenaries...
Never got round to Freedom Cry but I loved ACIV so I'm down for some more piratical action.
Downwell looks like a game the Spectrum used to dream of having...

I have never ever tried renting a Movie on consoles,mostly because I have a Movie Network package with my satellite provider(yeah they come 6 months after the DVD release but I dont care) but for a buck or so,I might try Logan or Kong...if you can run Netflix at 1080p with no buffering whatsoever,movies are good I guess...? (unless its the 720p versions...? )

Will they please patch JC3 now that they have PSPLUS income now?
Would they really bother to come back to the game and do patches/improvements now that they've done the DLC? Pretty sure that was all they were focused on.
Is this supposed to be an example of how bad it was? This looks fine to me. Yeah there are some stutters when the camera circles around the helicopter, it's a demanding game. This is still totally within my range of 'acceptable performance'. The idea that people can say a game "doesn't work" or is "a disaster" when others would think it's just fine is bizarre.
If you reduced all the visuals just so that the moments where a ton of shit is happening were smoother I think you'd actual hurt the game, as most of the time the game runs fine and the visuals are a huge part of what makes the game so good (it looks great).
But I never see eye to eye with the framerate police and am a fervent defender of 30fps in favour of better visuals so I don't expect too many to agree with me.

The hyperbole is real, played jc3 unpatched on a base ps4 just fine. Offcourse theres slowdown thats the kind of game it is.

Dude, there is no hyperbole. On launch it was already constantly dropping to 22-24fps on a base PS4. This is verified by Digital Foundry.
After all the patches, the game runs even worse.
Stop defending a broken game and yelling "Hyperbole!" When the game is clearly terrible performance wise.
People defending this practice of pushing DLC to sale while the base gake is broken as fuck, is in my mind truly insane. I know you've paid momey for it so you feel some need to defend it, but wow.
