Xbox One Backwards Compatible lOT2l: Who would want to play these games?

Pretty happy with Batman. Was going through my remaining 360 games the other day and thought it was likely to be stuck on the platform. Deadliest Warrior is pretty fun too.

So, this game is on 2 discs. But on Xbox 360, you can only install Disc 1. Does this mean that Disc 2 is now available to install on Xbox 360 as well?

nothing will have changed there.

That also explains why it was never digital

I too would love this as I own several XBLIG and would like them not to be forgotten

I'd love to see BC for:

Bleed
Apple Jack
Apple Jack 2
Gateways
Smooth Operators
Chester
Escape Goat
Mount Your Friends
Blocks That Matter
Quiet Please!
DLC Quest
The Trailer Park King series

No chance of them going BC.

They are getting delisted next month. All of them.

I created 8 of them, I should know =\

The Xbox Live Creators Program is the replacement, but if we want to port our games we have to do so manually.

Don't give me that tone, after pondering "hmm, should I spent $5 on the arcade perfect XBLA version?". If I were able to, I'd confiscate your Saturn copy myself.

And I'd stab you in the leg with my US VF2 disc. You ain't takin' my Saturn games!

The real thing here, for me, is that I've been slowly trying to migrate away from FG on consoles if there's a PC version because it was least means I won't lose access to them or have to keep them hooked up later down the road to play them. I also likely wouldn't play this, so that's a factor, too.

Yes, even for just $5.

VooT will be there though right?

Also what did I miss last time?

Didn't play anything this past Sunday. I was away remember?

VOOT will probably be in every week until people tire of it tbh. Seems to be what everyone likes most.

I didn't know you were away.

People will never tire of V-O:eek:T

Best game eva

Fighting Vipers is awesome, I didn't realise it was pretty cheap on Xbox I might grab it now that it's BC.

I played it a lot on Saturn (and Fighters Megamix more-so).

Man, now I'm thinking about Fighters Megamix, that really needs a port to something. :(

I'd kill for a retroactive Model 2 style port of Fighter's Megamix.

Why not just up-port it to Model 3? Then we can actually get Aoi and not have to settle for Janet. :D

...

"Settle" for Janet? I like you less with every post you make, lol.

A Model 2 version would probably not actually be too difficult, as nearly every character would already have a Model 2 version to use (Virtua Fighter 2, Fighting Vipers, Sonic the Fighters, Virtua Cop 2). A Model 3-esque version would be amazing, but that'd basically be a Fighter's Megamix 2 at that point (with Virtua Fighter 3 and Fighting Vipers 2 being the base).

I'd be willing to kill even more more people for that though tbh.

That's my point.

What are the chances of the Crysis games coming to BC now with all of Cryrek's problems?

I was holding out for a HD remaster bundle but that doesn't seem to happening for a while.

What games did you create? XBLIG was one of my favorite things about the 360 and one of the things I most hoped would go BC. I see that Bleed is getting ported. Hope some of the other XBLIG games get ported as well.

Really great to see Batman Arkham Origins available. I really wish it wasn't disk only, I haven't purchased a physical game since 2013.

They never released it as digital since it was two discs. They would need to actually do work to make it available like MS did with Blue Dragon, so I don't see it happening

Is Fighting Vipes not showing up on people's Ready to Install list?

I bought it and on 360 it shows "play on Xbox One", but then n my Xbox One it doesn't show

Blow, the minecraft multiplayer clone, where they halo halomaps, and played like Halo, the detective game that got two parts, wish I remembered the name, but you can seduce a lady in a bikini. the online comedy joke store, where you would be live with other peeps, and one would tell jokes, and you could boo or applaud. That was fun for awhile.

some of those minecraft clones were hitting 100k+ downloads.

Fallen Angels and Crave! Definite good stuff. There was also some really weird stuff on there. Weird in a way that most of the dreck on Steam never achieves. There was something about being able to get on a console at that time that attracted people who felt they had to say something. Console as platform doesn't have the same urgency and I don't think those conditions could be recreated.

Some other XBLIG games I'd love to see preserved:

RE: Get to Schol On Time
Esoterica America
The Rise of Gaddafish
The war of the end of days

Top Bottom
