A list of modern games that natively support 4:3 resolution on PC. This means that the settings will offer 4:3 resolutions with no .ini edits, external software or extensive tweaking required. If enough data is gathered, we can extend post #2 to include games that support 4:3 with tweaks or mods.
If a game supports 4:3 for camera, but results in issues such as HUD displaying incorrectly, it will be noted.

If a game runs letterboxed, it can't be included.

It's hard enough to find a CRT in good condition, without aging issues. So if i have one that's 4:3, i'll use it.

Tested and can confirm! Lies Of P supports 4:3 natively.

COD MW and CW offer 4:3 resolutions but they run letterboxed. Only 16:10 and wider are supported.

Quietly updated the list with a few I've tested and a friend has tested, a lot of games up now. Psychonauts 2 is 4:3 in addition to Battlefield V

If anyone has Prey installed, can you check that?

Literally any game with arbitrary resolution support will work fine.
