They'll get money for the game that is sold so they are probably glad a new platform and audience gets to play their game and they make some more money from it too. So, yeah.

I am talking about the bad relationship between MS and platinum games right now after what happened with scalebound. Not talking about any exclusivity here . More like a guess that platinum games don't want anything to do with MS anymore and MGR was developed by them .
Of course its a Konami game and they have the final say. But just guessing if it was up to platinum games, they wouldn't release it on Xbox one bc . Just a guess

usually you still get a day before the gamestop employee responsible to warn them about BC games do his job, but it never hurts to make sure you grabbed it if its cheap enough
konami, surprisingly enough, is one of the companies putting out some BC work so it could definitely happen
