I got mine in on Amazon. I'll probably keep an eye out assuming preorders will eventually open up for the vanilla edition. Really would rather not have one with the text on front.

Why you do these things Microsoft?

Happy I got my pre-order in. Gotta say, if this neogaf pre-order thread is anything to go by it proves there is definitely interest in the X.

Preordered from MS store and did the 10% off Microsoft cards from Amazon to pay for it.
Had one I cancelled on Amazon because I didn't want to f with ebay hassle but still might sell it and see if there's any Black Friday bundles.

Over a grand

It came wth every launch game besides lococycle, an extra controller, charge packs, a year of love and a few other things.

I bought it because I couldn't find an Xbox one near me......I didn't pre order lol. Low and behold they had systems on shelves that were day one restocked weeks later and I was played like a fool.

We also need to remember this is just for the Scorpio edition. Those comparing amount of Pro's available versus Scorpio editions are not thinking about this in the right way. From what the GS person told me, they expect regular Xbox One X pre-orders at a later time.

Shopto loaded slow for me too. I tried a few times till I got the "buy it now" button, and got a few timeout pop ups, but checking my preorder page it registered two orders of the project scorpio edition (I cancelled one of them).

Amazon, I'm going to keep, but I'm moving soon, so I know once I update my billing info, and inform my bank my new address, that will place my preorder on the bottom of the list... so not relying on Amazon.

I preordered with Amazon mainly because they don't charge you until it ships. That will give me the time to decide if I actually need the X1X in my life.

Ordered mine from BB, though I'll have to make sure the transaction went through as a fraud alert email went through.

It'll be good to finally escape the 500 GB drive of my OG Xbox One and have a 4K player.

The regular edition wasnt even up for preorder yet. All the preorders currently are scorpio edition. Regular edition preorders will start at a later time (guessing next week at the latest).

Most GameStop stores are getting less than a dozen each of the Project Scorpio version. I'd get in yours tomorrow if you're worried about it.

Anyone seen the normal edition? I don't think I care for the scorpio edition all that much tbh. Will keep the pre-order but would like the option of pre-ordering the other one.

It actually has red stone lights inside that you can see. Pretty awesome. I agree it's overpriced. They're selling the controller itself for 75

Standard edition pre-order availability is TBD per Albert Penello. They will for sure have them for launch though from what he's said.

That's good news in case I've actually fucked up this Amazon Xbox cards to MS Store thing. Still haven't gotten an email from Amazon. Still pending verification. These fucks.

So if the average Gamestop store has about 12 units, that would mean roughly 50.000+ units for Gamestop given they have 4.434 stores in the US. Not really a lot right?

I ordered on Bestbuy.com but the only option was for mail delivery. I then went in to my local Bestbuy to see if they have any for store pick up but their system said I would have to go to a different Bestbuy as they don't have any available at their store. I then looked online again and saw they had store pick up for my local Bestbuy so I preordered for store pick up and cancelled my by mail preorder. Now i go back online to check for another in store pick up for my brother in law but they no longer have store pick up for my local Bestbuy.

I really hope I didn't fuck up and cancel a good preorder ffs

If that is the average. People in here have been saying that as the low end tho so I would imagine the average is closer to 15.
