Yeah, this doesn't seem to be anything particularly Falcom/Xseed related.
My best guess would be an Antivirus software being overly aggressive or some permission problem.

Did valve ever replace the Greek economist they had? Because I loved reading that, and currently the PUBG gamescon crate stuff is bonkers, 2 weeks after it stopped dropping, the amount on the market grew by 40% and it was not even at an all time high price.

He's an MMT follower (modern monetary theory), so his offical Greek appointment got a lot of flak because he;s not a politician. He's an academic. Plus, he pissed off the EU which is painful to Greece because the money that they owe is based on the monetary value of the whole EU, and not their debt.

Basic premise of MMT is that fiat currency is not constraint to commodity standards. So, an independent country with a fiat currency can actually function by Keynesian standards of printing more money with taxes being the limiting factor.

This interview with Stefanie Kelton and Harry Shearer (of Simpsons fame) is a great primer.

Explain that to Zimbabwe. The limited commodity is said trust (fiat) in the currency, that is essentially build on the trust in the underlying economy. If that goes completely south, you cannot stop it with printing money. Vice-versa, as long as people trust in the health of your economy, yeah, limitless money.

You are not equating output and input.
Garbage in, garbage out.

In the MMTers word:
While the facts in Zimbabwe are different, the underlying causes for hyperinflation were the same: foreign currency obligations and a loss of productive capacity.

Zimbabwe had established Independence from Britain in 1980. Yet, by the late 1990s 70% of productive arable land was still held by the small minority 1% of white farmers in the country. After years of talk about redistribution, in 2000, the President Robert Mugabe began to redistribute this land.

The redistribution process was a disaster, both legally and economically. Many whites fled as violence escalated. The result was an enormous decline in Zimbabwe's agricultural production. With agricultural production having plummeted, Zimbabwe was forced to pay to import food in hard currency.

Meanwhile, the government turned to the printing presses to fulfil its domestic obligations. as in Germany, the foreign currency obligations, the loss of productive capacity and the money printing was a toxic brew which ended in hyperinflation.

Mugabe tried, as is even explained in your video, to just solve everything magically by spending, irrespective of their economic output (that is why I meant by health, or the market trust in that health, whatever). So twice as much money, for the same economy means the value of the currency halves, and so on.
If the US started printing trillion dollar coins every day, and use it for spending, you would get the same. Instead the US is raising it's spending pretty much in line (certainly compared with Zimbabwe, lol) with it's economic output, if you like.

Except the US spending, even with QE and very much toxic funds funding is not raising inflation.

We are losing the race against inflation. The US can aford way more trillions on the other side of the ledger without raising inflation.

I would not know what would be the same for Zimbawe, but using that as scapegoat is odd. Same with Wiemar.

That's usually caused by overzealous anti-virus software (disable it and download the game again) or some sort of drive issue (download the game to a library folder on a different drive).
