I noticed that too. I wonder if that's just a weird line read where he slipped or if this version of Killmonger is from America and moved to Wakanda later in life? Now THAT would be interesting, cause then you're going even deeper into the sometimes contentious relationship between Africans and African Americans.

Since he's hanging out with Klaw, and seems to want to show Wakanda's hypocrisy, I wonder if he's someone that used to live there and left or was kicked out and that's why he lost the accent.

Did we ever find out if Winter Soldier is going to be in this? Since he's frozen in Wakanda already, I thought that's what they were setting up in Civil War.

I absolutely think that's the version of Killmonger they were shooting for. Well the version where his family was exiled from Wakanda when he was very young and ended up in Harlem. So it would make sense that he wouldn't have an Wakandan accent.

Damn, this looks like it could be Marvel's best and most socially resonant film to date. I'm super excited. I thought the trailers for Ragnarok have been great but this...this is just, something else.

Seeing Black Panther on the big screen is going to be amazing. Make me wish we could have an Asian superhero movie. One that isn't a replacement of another hero (Totally Awesome Hulk) or tv screen (Daisy Johnson).

It would be awesome if Marvel or DC invent a new Asian superhero that actually catches on and become big.

I was talking about this on GAF yesterday. A New Super-Man movie co-produced by WB and a Chinese studio would print money. Also, yes, there's Atom. And he's more than just a replacement by now. He's very much like Scott Lang compared to Hank Pym.

Hm, not sure about this Killmonger. Feel like they could've just gone with White Wolf.

I thought it was Vibranium armor that one had to put on like any other set of clothing.

Wakandan science is way beyond anything we would see elsewhere on Earth-based MCU. It's a bit like Tony's prehensile armor, just way more advanced. Maybe with a bit of mysticism thrown in?

The whole idea of a hyper advanced city is so cool and it looks awesome. When the ship goes through the cloaking(?) fields was a great shot.

But whats up with the tranformers-esque sound effects, like at 1:42 and around 2:00. That immediately stuck out to me.
