If he's not I eill be genuinely dumbfounded. Dude seems like the perfect character for arcsys to mess around with. 100% in imo
Maybe asset recycling is not the proper term, but they are certainly going to use the characters' archetype, strategies and animations from that game as reference.

I wonder if they're adding these loser guys for character variety? They've all seemed to have pretty unique move sets whereas the first 5 were pretty similar.

Gotta lower the hype before they drop those Super characters. 😏 Actually like the choices tho, very interested to see them in action (say this for every character to be honest).
I think the only movie character with a safe spot is Broly
So far the roster is still as I predicted, meaning we should still get 5 more Z characters and the 3 obvious Super Characters

My taste in DBZ is weird. Frieza and Mr Buu aside I've never been big on the big hitter characters. (and even the latter isn't as popular as the other two versions I guess lol)
My favourite is the original Dragon Ball, but I'm very partial to the Saiyan and Namek saga, so Yamcha, Nappa and Ginyu are the hypest reveals so far for me lol. The only other characters that got a shot that I'm excited for are Beerus and Hit.

I think Nappa is pretty boring, hell the entire point of Nappa was to look like a generic buff bad guy just to have Vegeta turn out to be the real threat.
Ginyu with his whole force? No fucking way, they're amazing.

I still feel that Bojack's girlfriend has a decent chance of making it, if not on the base roster then as DLC.
I can understand why people don't like Super's characters.
But shit, I remember talking to dudes about having Nappa in with Saibamen (while he was in EB) and Ginyu with the Ginyu Force (while he too was in EB) and I was repeatedly told that they wouldn't be in because "the game doesn't have Goku in base form so it doesn't start there" and that there's too many slots. Seeing them in the game now is great to me because they're iconic DB villains.
Given the slots, it's obvious they go above guys like Hit.
