It is, by the Asian community just because you dont see it unless you have to doesnt mean it isnt there. With that said with South Park usually theres a bigger point, so if the show did blackface Id expect for them to tie it all up with a bigger point that usually at the least I can meet them halfway at, in my time watching Ive never seen them not make a point that clears up why they chose something.
Here not only is there no point, theres no real reason to choose an actual human being who was a single mother to mock who is now dead. Theyre mocking her and black people just to mock them.
This is outright racism. And to pretend that blackface isnt a much bigger issue considering the History American slavery is immature at best.

I can't speak on some episode from years ago, but people in this thread are claiming their regular humor usually has some point or is criticizing some aspect of racism or some shit.
That said, less than a month ago a game was displaying Chinese stereotypes in a pretty gross manner, I believe the devs were claiming satire. people didn't just ignore that.
