One of the main reasons I voted Obama was because he was black and I wanted a black President as a black person myself. In Germany we handle this also differently. We treat as as an illness and people who have this need help. Many who are actually pedophile know this and they try to avoid any contact with children. And being pedophile is not really a crime until this person acts on it.
