There is no such thing as a capitalist utopia. But you could compare some inner city projects housing slum lord flat to a prison in the nordic countries. Prison is nicer.

For profit prison systems create myriad problems not just within themselves but society at large

You don't grade a country on the amenities you get as some big baller millionaire. Quality of life for the supremely rich is high in any country regardless.

With health care quality there are studies out there that demonstrate higher standard of recovery under national system. This shit is known.

I'm not sure you understand the fundamental baseline of what you need to know in order to successfully argue your position. Why are you asking for an example that is so obviously and readily provided? From gasoline sold at the pump to licensed dentistry, there's a thousand or more examples of regulation mandating quality. The argument is about whether that outcome is worth the restriction on your rights, i.e. the government telling you that you aren't allowed to set up shop as a dentist without education and licensing. If you invite the person you're arguing with to pick the examples you will always lose.

It by itself is why there wont be real equality in the world. It is built to exploit less fortunate people forever. So those less fortunate just want to feel worth something to match up to societies standards. To feel validated and contribute to society. Except they dont contribute to society, they contribute to the individual who is above them and makes money off of your hard work.
