There is a small, dedicated fan base. But considering that there is going to be a HUGE influx of people getting the game from gift copies over the next few weeks I imagine it'll do alright for a while. The game is really fun and unique, I recommend everyone buy it!

No. It doesn't play. The objectives are awful and you'll probably feel like ignoring them, so you'll just fly through space and get bigger, which is tedious.
