The Chargers are actually going to try to work out a long term deal with VJ. Since they used the franchise tag on him last season, franchising him again would cost an estimated $13 million, which doesn't make much sense. VJ said he wants to stay, but he'll definitely get a lot of good offers from other teams. I'd say it's 50/50 right now.
