my friend says that aang looks like a bald ozai.
While i really liked Mugen from Samurai Champloo i will agree with this.
On-topic: lol it's so weird seeing them as adults, they look so different and I can't imagine adult Sokka making his usual jokes to be honest lol
Actually Sokka's father was known for his corny jokes as well. I don't see why Sokka would stop telling his.
I really liked Mugen as well, such a great character. Too bad the ending sucked.

will we ever see adult Zuko and adult Katara?
I know Zuko is alive but I don't mean their "old" self
... wow.
I meant the unknown man in the flashback. If it is a flashback of the situation Tarlock mentioned early in the episode, it's obviously more significant than just a random Aang memory.
Edit: Also, it's been mentioned before, but a lot of this turmoil could be avoided if there was just a non-bender on the council...
... wow.
No. The council should be made up of equal parts of both.
Two reps from each nation. One bender, one non-bender. Both elected by the people (and both benders and non-benders get to vote for both).
This would make it the most fair.
one must wonder how they even came up with the brilliant idea of having no non-bender representative in the council
This, definitely this, but there should be just one water bender, representing all water benders in that world
Why does Toph look so manly?
No, I think having the North and South separated is a good idea, seeing as they are two very distinct countries with their own rules.
You wouldn't have someone represent Alaska and Texas at the same time, simply because they're both Americans.
The same could be said about the other benders, you want fair? that's the only way. For all we know, two water benders from both nations could plan a way to get up to that position and work together to do bad stuff, and if they could convince just one of the others, they would automatically be the majority.
Earthbenders from the east part are not the same from the west.
Personally, I am appalled at the lack of foggy swamp tribe representation.
Man, it's weird seeing him so angry. Or should I say aangry.
No, but they all come from the one Earth Kingdom, which is united under the Earth King in Ba Sing Se. The two Water Tribes are entirely separate in terms of leadership. If any fire, air or earthbenders had broken off from their home to found a new nation (just as the Southern Water Tribe did), they too would've been similarly represented on the council.
So where's the new airbending nation? (I think I heard it being mentioned in the show but I forgot)
I was uncomfortable when the task force raid went down. At the end of the day they are actively suppressing fellow citizens who wanted to learn something that evens the playing field.
If the raid had occurred at a training session to incite anarchy or to harm something specific I wouldn't have a problem with it.
Is it just me or does Asami look like that female Mercenary that Zuko hired back in the original series?
Every airbender currently lives in Republic City.
So where's the new airbending nation? (I think I heard it being mentioned in the show but I forgot)
a Air Temple in Republic city so to keep the culture of his people (plus be a home for Tenzin and his family)
That's true but I think the only benders in the temple is Tenzin and his kids, in fact I think they're the only air benders in the world, right?

Has that been confirmed? now that I think about it, the only air benders I remember being mentioned are Tenzin and his kids. Three-four people is now considered a nation? why even have Tenzin representing a nation which does not exist?
He's voiced by NPH. How can you hate?
A few reasons.
-One day, it will.
-The whole point of the show is that the four elements are supposed to be in balance. Hence, air nomads get representation.
Man, it's weird seeing him so angry. Or should I say aangry.
Really, I think she's around to be another female s well as a non bender in the cast that's around Korras age. Trolling shippers is just a plus.Man, what a tease. I want that full flashback now!
Nice to see Mako isn't a 100% Zuko clone like he was seeming before. His first interaction with Asami revealed a more light-hearted side to him.
As for Asami myself...meh. I don't hate her like the crazy shippers, but it feels like the creators just threw her in their solely for the purposes of shipping wars. Hopefully she gets more fleshed later.
Oh, and Bolin is the best character on the show.
Korra is more physically attractive than Asami.
That's my opinion though, I also understand what you guys are saying but if it's truly about nations, in my opinion, Tenzin shouldn't be there.
