I'm not sure how he felt that the monk was too easy when the beta was equally simple with all of the classes.

The beta was really short and there is no way anyone can offer you anything other than pure speculation at this point.

I think you inadvertently answered the question here. If Monk felt too easy, then chances are the rest of the classes will too.

You don't have more than 1.5GBs of memory? Seriously? You can spend $25 and upgrade to 4GB. A 2007 iMac is verging on unplayable period though.

It'd be cheaper to upgrade your memory, and improve the computer significantly if you're running around with that little. XP is obsolete, and I really would ditch Vista as well if you can.

I just went through this.

Bad news: it takes forever.
Good news: the progress bar seems to have nothing to do with the actual progress of the installation -- mine was stuck just shy of the halfway mark for god knows how long, then it randomly finished.
