And do we really have to play the fucking Berlusconi trophy? All we get out of it are injuries.

In any case ... FORZA RICHMOND!

Only you can fill the void left by Verratti and Destro in my heart!
Yeah trying out our young players seems like a great idea to me. I want to see more of Buoy and Richmond!

You'll play it AND win it. Probably won't enjoy it but you'll win it. I wonder when they'll start calling it the "Last Man Standing Trophy".
Trofeo Berlusconi: Sometimes When You Win, You Actually Lose!

What difference does that make? Hulk didn't do anything particularly clever there, it was just a shit tackle in the box.

Only that Hulk beating a defender isn't entirely surprising -- he's a world class player. Beyond that, he connected with the ball as well but obviously there was a little bit of body contact too which allowed Hulk to draw the penalty.

Brazil's defense has not looked that good really -- GB should have had some good chances but they haven't really been able to create a good finishing opportunity. Brazil seems pretty beatable on that end like their senior team has looked recently. Their attackers though are amazing across the board.. it'll be interesting to see if any team can exploit their relative weakness or if their MFs and Fs will simply overwhelm all the competition.

Maybe if we had an actual CB playing and not Richards there would be more organisation. The back 4 is a shambles.

The defense has been terrible. No closing down, no fight. Fortunately, Brazil's young attackers are going to be much better than essentially every other squad at the Olympics so at a bare minimum, GB's defense shouldn't always look that bad.
