This was the first one I really tried to get formatted for my stick but I was trying to get the colors shifted down a bit darker to blend with my stick better (I still need to swap the buttons and ball)

But had no luck with that, currently still trying on SRK but figured I would try something different to see if it got a bite.


Great shit though, the flare you added is a good touch.

I kinda feel bad for the guy since all hes thought of now is as Madao whenever his voice appears somewhere. lol

Its weird only now it dawns on me that Rise's VA is kugamiya rie. Should have noticed sooner, since its pretty much the standard style of VA work she uses. Stands out even more so in this game for some reason.

Well, "usually" yes, but we never had a PS3 game that was region-locked, so there was still a bit of "fear" on that front.
And I think it's pretty clear the asian version won't work on a US/Euro system... :/

They just did the RLing by the usual Sony set regions right? That is true though as not off the top of my head anyways can I think of any PS3 games that were RLed.

the movie.

She lacks the tsundere factor, unfortunately!

Man, I really want an EightArc or Qanba, seems like the few random people I find who play fighting games around here all play 360, but I only have a PS3.

Hm, I'm debating if I should change my avatar to Narukami for a little while.

I'm also bummed that the Minato/Orpheus alt colors are DLC.

I feel accomplished since can pull off an air combo that I learned from the Challenge mode on a regular basis now. lol

Dear god am I terrible at these types of games.

Just keep practicing then you're gonna surprise yourself with your own progress. Also play arcade mode to practice combos but against moving targets.

Thanks! Yeah its what Im doing currently, between reading and posting. Really do dig the challenge mode since its a great way to learn through repetition in a sterile enviro so to speak. Plus with how fast everything is works great without the wait.

Don't worry. The more combos become natural, the more you realize that fighting games are all about movement more than anything else.

Now when you suck at moving, then you can say you're really bad. lol

Right now I am leaning Yukiko or Elizabeth.
Yukiko because she looks fun and close to others I play in other games, Elizabeth because people seem to insist that she is low tier plus she is awesome.

Elizabeth scares me just due to the amount of insane attacks she has. D: I did something stupid, turned the game on hard and picked her in Vs mode as my opponent.

That went poorly...

I haven't seriously played an Arc Systems fighter since Guilty Gear XX #R, when I mained Jam. Which char plays closest to her style? Is it Chie?

I'm going to try to main Kanji, even though everyone says he's the worst, just because he's Kanji. If I can't make that work, I'll probably go for Yosuke, since Chun Li is my SF main.

Kanji is considered the worst character in the game but that doesn't mean he has no hope of ever being competitive.

I got bodied by a Kanji player last night- He also managed to trap me in the corner and destroyed me with a near perfect. It was insane.

Are those titles you can customize in Online fun to play around with? I've been noticing that many recent games have been giving players parts of titles for them to arrange around, and I really enjoy that.

The parts that are not voiced is when the character is thinking to themselves. Any dialog between characters is fully voiced. Trust me when i say there is more than enough voice work in the game. :)

Hmm tried to practice with Shabrys and the timing is alot more crucial than Labrys, think Ill stick with the sane one for now. Even though I dig her shadow voice / personality.

I am so close to ordering a US version also just to get the goddamned CD since I missed it here in Japan...

Ok need to stop for a while trying to finish challenge 19 is just getting on my nerves lol the timing I just cant get.

Haha, King Moron doesn't have a Persona! I hope we see some other Persona users from previous games; furthermore, I hope that they stay as DLC only so we don't have to buy another version of the game.

Doubt that would happen, seeing the studios history with past games. Plus for the average user, they would rather have an all in one package than having to muck around with DLC and such.
