Nintendo showed the first footage of the 3DS version on todays Nintendo Direct. I have to say its a really impressive looking 3DS title, Capcom really knows how to handle the system. No online is a bummer though :-/

Hope we dont have to wait too long for a western announcement.

Im pretty sure they also just showed Ps3 footage back then or at least it looked like that ( low res after all). Still an impressive looking title for the 3DS.

I'm not giving up hope just yet, but the absence of online from the 3DS version, combined with the uprezzed-3DS visuals of the PS3 version, do not inspire enormous optimism.

Eh, after Revelaitons bombed in the West and Capcpom passed on localizing Tri G, I have a feeling that their US branch won't be supporting the 3DS any more.

The cell-shaded graphics really look great on the 3DS. Capcom meant for this game to be a party-like shooter sort of like a super happy fun time kind of thing.

Damn, i wish i was right this one time.

lp2 is cool in coop though. i don't know how they are going to concentrate all that party shooter-ness into this game when it's lock-on based and it doesn't seem like you can even do half the fun stuff you can in lost planet.
