This, I wanted to buy it from GameFly, but I couldn't because of region restrictions!
Yeah, I tried to buy a DD game a week or so ago but the order was cancelled due to "inconsistencies". As desired, I replied to the auto-reply e-mail, sent after I'd placed the order, but my explanation that I was an international customer was of no help.

Yeah the Steam thing is why we are getting the option for steam keys now. Though Tony himself can't post deals in like any other threads or post a topic since that that'll cause an insane amount of backlash since Tony isn't Steam I guess? lol I still don't understand it.

To comment on this, I will say that, by and large, Gaf has been much more hostile than CAG so I keep most of my posts limited at this point, answering questions and what not without adding too much color.
It's a shame, I'd love to be able to interact more here but it always seems to incite some REALLY negative commentary from some of the folks here.

A bit unrelated but can someone please post a picture of Steam store page of Arkham City with DLC prices? I can't see anything because of region locking.

Amazon has had massive sales all year. I have bought so many games from them.
I've probably purchased the most games from Amazon this year, followed by GMG and Steam.

EDIT: Hopefully The Walking Dead is on sale soon. I just started watching the show and loved it, but can't afford it at the current price. Poor college student.
With episode 4 coming out, I'm sure there will be some kind of promotion.

I for one think this is one of the better, if not best sites there is, but yeah, there are a few here that go by some random, illogical patterns here, IE giving you shit for posting STEAM KEY deals in the STEAM thread.

I'm so desperate for a good Borderlands 2 deal. I really, really hope it drops closer to the $30 sweet spot that I'm looking for. A Guild Wars 2 deal sounds most excellent too. Hopefully it pans out and hopefully it's stupid awesome.

Tony was doing just fine until that incident in which some people forgot to treat him as a GAF member first and an Amazon rep second. Unfortunately. Now he doesn't post here at all so I hope they're happy.
