So Extraction, Dominion, and Grifball let us do 1-Flag, Three Plots, and Assault, respectively. What are we missing now, just race and its variants? (Not including all of reach's ridiculous fringe gametypes)

I mean I guess it's relative to the freakish amount of time some people devote to videogames, but I consider ~2,000 games and 13 days of cumulative playtime to be "a whole lot". It'd be higher if my life hadn't been frantically busy for the last year. I genuinely do enjoy playing Reach (with friends, anyway), unlike many here.
We know what extraction is? Plus, I never thought of it like that. So if we want Assault, we can just use the Grifball variant instead? I guess it's that same thing.
OT: I just got Deus Ex: HR on the Xbox. Loving it so far.. Aesthetics are amazing. Should hold me over until ACIII, which will last until Halo 4.

I think Adrift looks great. Symmetrical, lots of flanking routes, a fun looking multi-level stronghold in the center... Looks great for Regicide, CTF, and Slayer. I think it's gonna surprise a lot of people. Or maybe I'm wrong and it will suck.
Edit : Looks like the player is using Dexterity and Shielding. Definitely the two perks I'll be using most.

Thanks biggy. I hope that "Typically" from Amazon means what I hope it means. I'm paying a crazy amount of money to get a copy of Halo 4 within 48h of launch, and I'm planning to lend my disc 2 to a friend while he waits for his copy to arrive through normal (slooow) means. Seems too nice of a move from Microsoft to be true.

That isn't the same though...both discs held different content and neither of which were playable after an install without a disc.

I can't see them doing this, maybe 1 out of every 10 people I know that have xbox's have hard drives, they wouldn't be able to play multiplayer if this is the case.
Maybe they have a way to go into disk one and then switch disks.

Come to think of it, I remember someone from 343 mentioning that players without a hard drive would need a flash drive. Maybe there is some way to install multiplayer that isn't installing a disk to the hard drive.
The more likely non-smartass answer to that would be the same reason why dual-wielding couldn't be toggled. It's a core mechanic for the game, it's not a variable anymore. Maps and gameplay were built around Sprint this time around just as the dual-wieldable weapons were nerfed to shit in Halo 2.
