Can someone explain to me in one paragraph how does PS+ work?

While you have a subscription, you're free to download the games they have to offer and play them as much as you want. They are tied to your subscription, so once you are unsubscribed, you can't re-download or play the games. Once you renew your subscription, you can play them again at will. They are yours forever as long as you are subscribed and they are in your download list (i.e., you can't go back and download games that were previously offered and removed after resubscribing, if you didn't get them the first time)

You pay a fixed price each year or every 90 days. Sony gives you games each month that are yours to keep so long as you have an active subscription.

I did buy Mutant Blobs the other week when it was on sale, but it was so fantastic I don't feel slighted by this. Gravity Rush is a nice add, though, especially as I sold mine shortly after buying it. Now I can finish it for free.

PS+ cloud saves! Upload your save to the cloud, delete the game data and then redownload the game with PS+! That sounds like it should work
