I think I'm committed to going Sony instead of Microsoft this gen. I've been burnt too much by the nickel and diming (Yes, I know its a premium service and it works great, but come on) and the Idiocracy styled advertisements that it's time for a change.
So I'm excited for Wednesday, and I expect Sony to come out swinging this time.

For those waiting on a GT6 Prologue, stop it. It only happened due to some freak production problems in GT4 and GT5.
Doesn't seem to be the case for GT6.
I'm sticking by my march '14 prediction, to be a huge spark to the European launch that's supposed to be in january/february. (I can see it also coming in in june or july, but i think 3.5 years will be enough this time, specially with a bunch of assets being reused).
I will be really disappointed if i don't see GT6, at least in a game montage, on wednesday. I HAS to be there. Has to!

well the above scenario has both merits and demerits
the game has been made ground up for ps3/x360 too and going by the vids , its not that impressive (in my opinion before someone jumps on me)
On top of that, if SONY showcases games which are made ground up for PS4, then it would be a bad idea for Bungie to showcase Destiny on stage(from Bungie's point of view)
Now having Bungie on stage could do wonders for SONY in 2 ways:
1) OMG Bungie are now doing a ps4 game just like when Square defected to MS???
2) Oh Gosh !!! Bungie are making a ps4 game but did you see KZ4?? It looks so much better
Its a win win scenario for SONY . For Bungie, it will come down to how good the PS4 games look ?

they are the publisher and paid for its development. Activision already has a great relationship with MS aka COD. in fact I can't think of a single AAA retail game that Activision favored Sony. if that was EA, I would maybe buy the fact it may show up on PS meeting

yes its Activison who owns the IP. I wont be buying the game going by the vids. I want some true next gen games on my PS4

GT5 Prologue sold 5 million copies. They'd be stupid not to make another one. It's basically free money.
Have GT6 Prologue at launch and polish GT6 up for a holiday 2014 release.

That should be possible theoretically. It would probably also massively add to the value of the Vita. GOW3/A, Beyond Souls, TLoU, U2/3, KZ2/3 etc on the Vita, would be pretty huge. Buying a Vita would essentially also net you a portable PS3 as well, provided you had access to a fast WiFi internet connection.
EDIT: If they made this possible, I could presently just carry on playing Ni No Kuni on a Vita outside, in a different room, whilst on the toilet (lol) etc. If it used PSN+ cross platform, cloud uploaded and updated saves that is.

You know, these past seventeen days have passed pretty quickly. I remember thinking that it would be too long a wait when the meeting was announced.
I can't believe there's only two days left. I've got an exam that day when the meeting begins. It's unfortunate that I'll miss the live reactions, but I know I'll be soaking up the information on my phone as soon as I leave the building.

Just seems odd after all the hype for Wednesday to have this come out of nowhere
