I can't say that Halo 3 was ever announced or hinted at in any official way but it's been rumored to exist on and off for 6 years.
I want that on PC more than anything else.
on one hand I think it's still up in the air because of the recent steam database sighting
on the other one I think it'd be fucking ridiculous to do that port now
I want Epic Mickey 2
Why? It was the last good Halo game.on one hand I think it's still up in the air because of the recent steam database sighting

pretty sure that's confirmed cancelled after the studio closed

I seem to be one of few, but I outright hated Splosion Man. Levels just got to be so tedious and the samey designs went on and on and on and on and after awhile I just turned it off and never came back.
Metal Gear Rising is a good, recent example.
Mind you, when they announced the PC version, the game barely existed. It's like promising a job to a newborn.

especially with homecoming being on PC.
I still wanna play this shit man
You're not one of the few. Terrible series, overrated developer that's made nothing but low-grade garbage, getting by on referential hooks.I seem to be one of few, but I outright hated Splosion Man. Homecoming has a game-breaking bug that happens no matter what and the game cant be finished because of that
that's how much Konami cares

The sequel got a trailer a year ago for PC/iOS ports and nothing came of it
Microsoft bought Twisted Pixel, that was when the 'Splosion Man ports vanished.
Cause you know, why would the creator of Windows want to release games on their own platform. Stupid fucks.
I doubt Microsoft's gaming division sees Windows as their platform, to be honest.
That ended when they weren't able to successfully get people to pay for Live on PC.
Was Dragon's Dogma rumoured or announced to come to PC but vanished? I thought it was but I can't seem to find it now....
battlefield 1943
I believe it showed up on a Steam listing at some point.

Not steam, but a retailer's website. Hardly indicative. It showing up on Steam would be a whole different can of fuck yeah.

I think a capcom employee also let it slip at PAX last year or something
battlefield 1943
I still want it ;_;
I was surprised to see Alan Wake still come to PC eventually and I'm glad it did. I guess MS thought it was worth it to try and make people buy 360's for their exclusives for the most part and I doubt that will change. Edit: I know MS didn't have anything to do with AW on PC, just saying that I was surprised it showed up at all.
As far as I know, Alan Wake was originally developed for the PC so I never found that all that surprising. I know the base game was changed a lot, most likely so that the X360 could run it.
Yea, but when it went away for a while, I thought it was a deal struck with MS to keep exclusive or something. That was one of their big games outside of Halo and Gears that excited people quite a bit so I always thought it wouldn't surprise me if a deal was made.
I'm so glad it's on PC though. Absolutely gorgeous on there.
Wasn't there that one poster that had red dead redemption coming to PC? I've already beat it on Xbox but would absolutely double dip if it came to PC. Really can't imagine just how much better it would look with all that AA and downsamlping, oh and 60fps to boot too. But at this point in the generation, it is looking like there is no chance for a port at all... maybe RDR2.
