AvP I could see never happening, but I'm really surprised The Punisher hasn't given they're back in bed with Marvel. Could've made him and Fury Marvel vs. Capcom 3 characters for the cross-promotion.

Maybe my eyes are broken, but the Iron Galaxy ports always look like they have pixel distortion, even with the filters off. JoJo's looked much better, to me.

It's a legendary intro and a part of the game that is meaningful to fans, which is why IG thinks it's best that you go through a few menus if you really have to watch something so unnecessary

Would it be really hard for them to make it so when you start the compilation the intro of the game you were last playing plays? ...and then when you switch to the other game its intro plays as well before the menus show up?

The writing has been on the wall for a while though, that the Cabinet app is mostly intended for smaller/older releases. Even with this release though, there's still a chance arcade cabinet could still be used for other, smaller titles; That setup could also be used for a sequel-game style release (similiar to how Pinball FX released a 2, that brought the old tables along with it.)

We also have to keep in mind that different dev houses aren't going to use the same app. The Darkstalkers and Marvel Origins releases aren't the same as the Final Fight Double Impact or JoJo's releases. Every one has varied levels of quality and detail commitment, so lets just hope D&D gets among the best!

Really curious to how this one will work out... Double Impact had fully remixed soundtracks and quite a lot of extras... Darkstalkers has fantastic tutorials, JoJo's preserved it's original intros and attract modes... where will this one take us...

same here i remember posting on every youtube "lets play" video about wishing this would come out to console and everyone telling me it was a licensing issue and it would never happen..this is the one game i've waited for years and years to come..loved playing this game at the arcade as kid.
