Both are either real or ingame.
I think ingame. Top image is youtube at 1080p, buttom was 480p so that's why you might be confused. But its clearly the same car.

They have license plates with the "GTn".
The first car he overtakes is a Skyline with a "GT1" plate.
The bottom pic has a GT2 plate, but I dunno what car it is.
