Sony won't. They've always been a very consumer friendly company. I mean the worst thing they've done is charge $599 for the ps3(base model was actually $499) and that was due to blu-ray being included, which at the time was a steal as blu-ray players were going for $1000. They've always shown that they do care about games and consumers.
I can't imagine they would or that publishers would agree. Honestly, some of this stuff is starting to sound comically devious.
It's almost okay but it doesn't go quite full screen which kills it. I probably would have watched it there if it did since it would be on my TV.
Lol obviously, i guess I should have reworded as "how likely" is it.

I logged into Home for the first time in 5 years yesterday, sat through updates and pre-registered for the E3 booth.
Only to hear that the Home stream is probably gonna be unwatchable :l
Yeah, it's weird to see a dynasty broken up like that. Probably for the best given their ages though.

I'm not sure that it's likely. If there is a noticeable difference between the two it's going to look really bad for MS when both versions are finally shown and the PS4 version looks like that initial reveal for MS while the XBox One version looks worse.
Expect to see the phrase "comparable high-end PC" a lot.
There will be one separate from the Home thing on the XMB according to what people are saying here. I didnt know that either.

The stream on the PS3 dashboard will be horrible. All it did for the February reveal was pull up the web browser and you had to watch shit quality video in the browser. Video quality will be better on gametrailers and pretty much anywhere else streaming it.

Can you provide a link to this? I was looking for it but have no luck so far.
Gametrailers stream was good for the reveal in February.

Don't you think that if some devs accept this MS bullshit of "exclusivity of mention", they might hurt their relationship with Sony? I mean, it's not like Sony is going to sit happy and see some debs not even mention them, right?

And yeah, try to avoid all comments on these live things. People are running around crazy with Last of Us spoilers (and fake spoilers) so be careful if you're trying to stay spoiler free.

Sony needs those devs, and I don't think the devs are to blame, they run a business and I'm sure Sony have attempted/succeeded to do the same in the past.
I get constant buffering on ustream and especially twitch when the viewer count is as high as it's likely to be tomorrow. Twitch in particular was pathetic during the PS Meeting.

Sony just needs to do their thing. I'm sure they have some 3rd parties too, they just need to focus on themselves. Let MS do what it is they do. Just worry about executing.

if sony has said you can "go old school" on ps4 and have no internet connection then how would the system possibly have DRM? that's what i don't get. unless they misspoke or have changed from what they said. or i misread the quote from a couple months ago
I would climb out of the poor cardboard box that I'm living out of, drag my bony rear to E3, use my Deus Ex skills to get past security, and watch Sony's conference live, if that were the case.
Unfortunately it's during "primetime hours" so Spike isn't airing it :/

Devs have their price. It isn't right, but I'm sure morality gets a lot fuzzier when someone starts throwing money your way. Doesn't matter if Sony is doing it or MS.
