Did you happen to notice if there are more kick-only attacks for the standard guns? And is one of the face buttons still devoted to weak gunfire? Those were two aspects of the original game that could have been improved upon.

Because Nintendo helped fund and publish it when no one else would. So the audience would be for people that wanted the game to exist at all.

That we can now summon demons during fights is pretty awesome and would allow for some crazy and hectic fights. We even see Madame Butterfly.

Wow, those dual blades. It would have been nice if the player hadn't spammed punch strings and torture attacks over and over and over again, but I'll take what I can get. Game looks amazing.

Also, I think I might have found the answer to one of my questions from earlier. Bayo appears to have a launching kick string that's quicker and more useful than the one in the original game.

iirc the stick spinning was far more lenient in bayo and didn't show up all that much. Still, fuck mashing/spinning to get out of vulnerable states
