I'm the only person on GAF that's played EnviroBear 2000

There are probably a lot that played this but not many I know IRL, original SF#1:

Also for a real winner my brother and I coded our first game decades ago, it was a text adventure called "Hunt The Wumpus" from a text book. Then we coded our first space text based game, sort of like Space Quest without graphics. Either of those are likely winners for no one else playing.

Around the time MK3 came out, I was at an arcade and saw an OG SF1 cab. I played it and had NO idea what it was (as I owned SF2 Turbo on Genesis). It felt like a totally different game.

I've played Supersonic, but I don't think I've actually played the first game...

i played this one game a long time ago, i think it was on a website called domaingames.co.uk or something. it had a 3d exploration mechanic and you'd wander around and enter rooms to play some simple games like chess. there was one game that was a grid-based strategy game with one of the characters called acid spitter.

have never been able to find anything about it since, so i'm assuming i'm the only one in the world who remembers it. it was decades ago in the 90s.or something.

Goldfish warning (Kingyo Chuiho), used to play this a lot at my cousin's house for multiplayer, other than the trivia stuff (just have to guess the answers), it's really playable without knowing japanese and it's really fun.

I have this game for the pSp. My fists would hurt after playing a round on the original buttons. I mean huge buttons

Mission Critical...This game is in the part of my brain where other amazing experiences as a child reside.

poor foxtrot fighter ship , it was my favorite

Every 6 months or so when some variation of this thread pops up, I post this image and no one else has played it. Metal Gear Solid/ Silent Hill tricked me into buying anything Konami back in the PS1 era.

ha!

its the first game that came to my mind when i entered this thread...i played it as a kid, i still believe its in the top 3 scariest games ive ever experienced.i even had nightmares with that thing chasing me :)

best memory from this game is playing it with a friend , looking at the map having no idea whats going on...and my friend goes like, whats that dot on the map? check it out..so i close the map and turn around to look at that dot, of course it was the monster and as i looked at it ,it started growling and running. We both screamed and panicked at the same time and i started running on walls LOL.

That yu yu hakusho for the GBA

Watch me get proved wrong

I can't think of anything I've played that was that obscure. Best I can do is this stupid flash game I spent most of my college IT class playing called Nanaca Crash
Couldn't figure out how the game worked. Worst gift I've ever received.
Wetrix is AWESOME. I own aqua aqua too. =D
SaGa Frontier
Own it. Played it a bit.

1. Reader Rabbit
On mobile so no pics.

Played crazy castle 3 (I own the first 3,actually)
I've played dokapon kingdom and ehrgeiz. Own both on disc. FUCK dokapon kingdom.
I don't think this game was that popular...
Friend had it. Played it a bit.
More obscurities:
Another side, another story was awesome. Beat it.
It was not an A tier SRPG, but it was a good one. PSX had a SHITLOAD of those midtier great games man. What a console, jesus.... god bless CDROMs allowing devs to enter the industry in droves back then and experiment more.
Have it, played a bit of it. I completely agree with you about the PSX library. Threads of Fate comes to mind (not an SRPG, though).
Capitalism Ho
Come on, man.
Deception

I have no idea why but I loved this game
This series was awesome.
Another classic that no one mentions on gaf...
Played a friend's copy.
Own it because I was a Gackt fangirl, but the game was surprisingly fun. Loved running up buildings.
Ring of Red on PS2.

Only the greatest srpg ever made that's not called Valkyria Chronicles.
Own it. Cool game.

That's just about everything in this thread I've played. =D as for a GOOD game I played that other people might not have, a local arcade used to have a Ballistics cabinet (antigravity racer developed by grin). You basically had to memorize the entire course to even finish, but I've never played another game that felt that fast. I miss it.

One of the first non-RPGs I remember playing that had a leveling up system. Pretty bad game overall, but lots of fun when you're nine.

Zoid hounds or zoid hunters. Cant remember the exact name but it was based off a show I use to watch as a kid in the 90s.

I doubt anyone else here has played Hocus Pocus and it's a weird little game, there is also this other old platformer PC game I remember playing. But the only thing I remember is there is an eagle and it lies to you. I was really young. My dad might remember but I certainly do not.

Anyone else? I got it when I was very young and found it to be quite difficult. I never beat it, and I honestly don't really remember anything about it besides the extremely vague nature with which you would have to figure out where to go. Oh, and shooting bubbles at everything seemed to be necessary in order to discover secret items that allowed you to progress further into the game.
